Microsoft developed Outlook 2019, an email software tool. Although it may be downloaded separately, Outlook for Windows is a component of the Microsoft 365 package (previously known as Office 365). This email client communication tool facilitates the viewing, storing, and organizing of all of your correspondence. The application has also drawn inspiration from Word, another Microsoft 365 application. In order to make your messages easier to understand, Outlook can now read them aloud to you.
All of the features in this version of Outlook, along with a few extras, are available to users who are upgrading from Outlook 2016. The Accessibility Checker has been updated to accommodate global email standards and provides helpful suggestions for improving the accessibility of your papers. Sending emails will become easier as the Focused Inbox helps you view your most important messages first.
